 Vista Cay Resort features a 10,000 square foot state of the art Clubhouse, resort style swimming pool (heated seasonally) with multi-level sunbathing decks with southerly views over Big Lake Cay, fitness facility, movie theatre, games room featuring a billiard room with pool tables and foosball, internet library with computers offering free internet access for Vista Cay resort guests and a sports / basketball court. There is a children's play area including kiddie pool. Parking is free to guests. The Isles of Cay Commons has its own recreational amenities including gated swimming pool and jacuzzi with the bonus that guests staying here can still enjoy unlimited use of the Vista Cay resort amenity complex! Pool decking is extensive and spacious with plenty of room for all guests. The pool cabana has restrooms and drinking fountains for comfort and is within easy walking distance from the rental condos.  A high standard of accommodation offers all the comforts of home with a touch of Florida's past, present and future. Ventura and Monterey Condos are fully air-conditioned with climate control and offer spacious 'home away from home' apartment style living accommodation and are elegantly furnished with a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, open plan living and dining area, private patio or balcony with luxury patio furniture, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and corian countertops including washer and dryer, a minimum of 2 TV's, linens and towels, radio/alarm clocks, hairdryer and telephone with free local phone calls. Most units will have a large flat-screen plasma TV in the living area and a TV in each bedroom. Units are wired for wifi internet access for guests with a laptop and some units have a computer. Many units also have a stereo system, DVD and Playstation 2. Monterey condos have an additional living area and a separate utility room. Plenty of parking is available. 2 & 3 Bed 2 Bath Ventura Condominium buildings are 4-storey with an elevator and are reached via outside corridors. There is a Publix supermarket in the Lake Cay Commons Shopping Center which is situated just across from the Community Area. Looking for a condo or townhouse with special features? Then you should consider booking a specific unit - the additional cost can often be quite small but the benefit is that it then provides you with the peace of mind in knowing that you have reserved a unit that suits your particular needs. When booking generic you get the lowest possible rental price and the actual unit is allocated on arrival - special features may be requested but they cannot be guaranteed. |

 Two Bed Two Bath Ventura Condos usually have a master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a second bathroom - which in effect could be used as an en-suite. In the Monterey Two Bed Two Bath Condo both bedrooms usually have one king bed, each with en-suite bathrooms. Three Bed Two Bath Ventura and Monterey Condos usually both feature a master bedroom with one king bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom also has a king bed with the third bedroom having two twin beds. There is a second shared bathroom (which could be utilised as an en-suite bathroom if only two bedrooms are occupied). Three Bed Three Bath Townhouses have three split levels of accommodation featuring three bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, the master with king bed, second bedroom a queen bed, and the third bedroom with a daybed. Most bedrooms will feature a TV, many with DVD player, alarm clock, hairdryer in each bathroom, luxurious linens and pillow-top mattresses, bath towels, iron and ironing board. The condos have a double sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping purposes if required.
