A high standard of accommodation offers all the comforts of home with a touch of Florida's past, present and future.

Ventura and Monterey Condos are fully air-conditioned with climate control and offer spacious 'home away from home' apartment style living accommodation and are elegantly furnished with a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, open plan living and dining area, private patio or balcony with luxury patio furniture, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and corian countertops including washer and dryer, a minimum of 2 TV's, linens and towels, radio/alarm clocks, hairdryer and telephone with free local phone calls. Most units will have a large flat-screen plasma TV in the living area and a TV in each bedroom. Units are wired for wifi internet access for guests with a laptop and some units have a computer. Many units also have a stereo system, DVD and Playstation 2. Monterey condos have an additional living area and a separate utility room. Plenty of parking is available.

2 & 3 Bed 2 Bath Ventura Condominium buildings are 4-storey with an elevator and are reached via outside corridors. Ventura Condo floor-plans range from 1,112 to 1,447 sq ft.

3 Bed 3 Bath Townhouses are 3-storey, have a single garage and the entrance is on the ground floor. Townhouse floor-plans are from 1,741 to 1,777 sq ft. Each townhouse has its own parking space in front of the property on its own driveway.  The Townhouses offer the same spacious living accommodation as the condos and are fully air-conditioned with climate control over the three levels. The lower and upper levels are the bedrooms and the middle level is the open plan living area.

The Isles at Cay Commons area consists of Ventura Buildings in the new Vista Cay area which is situated along Little Lake Cay and conveniently located adjacent to the main Vista Cay Resort - directly across Canadian Court.  There is a Publix supermarket in the Lake Cay Commons Shopping Center which is situated just across from the Community Area.

When booking generic you get the lowest possible rental price and the actual unit is allocated on arrival - special features may be requested but they cannot be guaranteed.

Most bedrooms will feature a TV, many with DVD player, alarm clock, hairdryer in each bathroom, luxurious linens and pillow-top mattresses, bath towels, iron and ironing board.  The  condos have a double sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping purposes if required.
