Lake Berkley Townhouses in Kissimmee consists of 97 two storey spacious Two Bed Two Bath and Three Bed Two and a Half Bath homes with open plan living and dining area, fully-equipped kitchen. Half-bath and utility room including washer and dryer are located on the first floor (ground) giving you all the conveniences of home.  An outside and upstairs porch lets you enjoy the great Florida sunsets.

Each apartment is fully air conditioned with climate control and private bathroom/s with bath/shower, cable television and telephone.

One Bed features a king sized bed and one a half bathrooms.

Two Bed features a king sized bed and a second bedroom with either two twin beds or a king sized bed and two and a half bathrooms.

In the Three Bed two bedrooms feature king sized beds and the third two double beds, with two and a half bathrooms.

NB: In all units the bedrooms are all upstairs.
