Our View:  Orange Lake Resort is one of the best family resorts in the Orlando Area offering a combination of family fun and endless leisure facilities in a relaxing environment.

The 'home away from home' living accommodation offers 'Award-winning' interiors, inviting decor, excellent floor-plans and are fully equipped with everything you would expect.  The 2 Bed 2 Bath are a spacious 1,275 square feet + sleeping up to 8 persons with the 3 Bed 2 Bath an even more spacious 1,700 square feet + and sleeping up to 12 persons.

Orange Lake gives you the best of two worlds: the best in self-catering accommodation together with hotel type services and facilities.

At Orange Lake you and your family will enjoy an incredible holiday experience in one of the resort's award-winning villas. The 1,450-acres of pristine surroundings is home to more than 2,400 villas and apartments. Amenities include ten pools, an 80-acre lake, water sports, court sports, nine restaurants, four championship golf courses and a 36-hole miniature golf course, daily activities and nightly entertainment. Orange Lake is just four miles from Disney World and near all the Orlando attractions.

River Island is now open! Spanning 12 acres of lush, tropical scenery with many stunning water features, River Island is more than twice the size of Splash Lagoon.  The centerpiece of River Island is a lazy river-style pool with two beach-style pools at each end, spas and waterfalls, all cradled in a beautiful tropical setting. You'll be able to splish and splash to your heart's content. And when you just want to relax, you'll find all of those quiet, tucked away places that are perfect for daydreams. And when you want to get out of the sun for a while, you can visit The River Island Exchange spanning 30,000 square feet-where you'll discover an exciting array of activities and amenities to further enhance your experience. Orange Lake Resort is a full service resort comprised of four 'Resort Villages' - West, North & East Villages and River Island - each with its own unique personality and vibe. Whether jetting across the lake on a waverunner at the West Village, perfecting your golf swing in the East Village, relaxing at a poolside oasis in the North Village or enjoying the 12-acre waterpark in River Island - it is all for you to enjoy. Orange Lake spreads over more than 1,450 lush acres of relaxing tranquility just minutes away from Disney World and the other Orlando area attractions; a location where beautiful lakes provide peaceful views and cool swimming pools offer refreshing fun.

The free Orange Lake Orlando Shuttle makes it easy to get around the resort, without ever getting in your car. Just leave your car parked at your village and travel to the West Village, North Village, East Village or River Island. It's the most convenient way to get around the resort.

Shuttles run daily from Orange Lake Orlando to all major attractions.  Please note that the theme park shuttles always leave in front of the West Village Clubhouse - right outside the front door. Shuttle Service is by reservation only.  Cost is approximately $13/$15 per person round trip.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and en-suite bathtub and the second bedroom has two queen-sized beds. There is a second shared bathroom and each unit has a pullout queen-sized sectional sofa in the living room. Each unit features a furnished screened patio or private balcony.

NB: The Two Bed Apartment style accommodations are set in mid-rise blocks (Exception is the West Village which has both mid and high-rise condos and tennis and golf villas. Villas are mostly ground floor but there are some 2-storey villas).

The 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Villas (Condos & Villas) feature over 1,700 sq ft of living space and accommodate up to 12 persons.

Each apartment is fully air conditioned with climate control and private bathroom/s with bath/shower, cable television and telephone.

Please note that housekeeping is not included. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional local charge of $23 plus tax per day.
