The island of Isla Del Sol boasts an 18-hole championship golf course, the Isla del Sol Yacht and Country Club, as well as a beautiful white sandy beach with mature coconut palms. Local shops at the "Shoppers Village" complex includes a bank, post office, restaurants, florist and gift shop and many more. A collection of excellent restaurants and varied shopping is only a short drive away with St. Petersburg's mainland just one bridge to the East and the barrier island of St. Pete Beach one bridge to the West. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Water Park are within a 45 minute drive. Disney and the Orlando Area attractions are within a two hour drive. Sarasota is just over an hour. Isla Del Sol's location in St. Petersburg makes this a great choice for a Gulf Coast holiday and an and an ideal base for touring Florida's Gulf Coast.
