Shorewalk Vacation Villas, a great value and popular family resort, is situated on the beautiful central gulf coast of Florida, offering spacious 'Home Away From Home' luxury vacation villas overlooking 6 lakes on a 30 acre security patrolled resort in Bradenton/Sarasota.

The resort is located within just a few minutes drive to the Gulf Coast Islands of Anna Maria and Longboat Key, and is an ideal base for visiting or touring the Sarasota area.

A five minute stroll takes you to a major supermarket, dozens of speciality shops, restaurants, cinemas, a golf course and a bowling alley.

Two swimming pools, two jacuzzis, health spa, tennis courts, basketball, Bocce Ball, fishing, shuffleboard and a play area for children.

The Clubhouse features a large sundeck, games room, coffee and snacks.

In addition there are walking and jogging paths, a health spa, BBQ facilities and picnic areas.

Shorewalk Vacation Villas consist of 240 modern and spacious Two Bed Two Bath self-catering villas featuring a lounge and dining area, private patio or balcony, screened porch, well equipped kitchen with cooker, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee-maker.

Each apartment is fully air conditioned with climate control and private bathroom/s with bath/shower, cable television and telephone.

The bedrooms feature a queen sized bed in the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twins in the second bedroom, with a second bathroom.

The Villas comfortably sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children (using sleeper sofa in the living area).
