The Sanibel Inn has tropically decorated comfortable rooms in seven distinct buildings, each named after a native island flower, with screened balcony or patio and two queen sized beds or one king bed, refrigerator, microwave, clock radio, coffee-maker, hairdryer, iron/board.

One Bed Suites have a separate bedroom with king size bed and a double sleeper-sofa in the living area, in addition to the amenities in all guest rooms.

2 Bed 2 Bath Condos have a partial Gulf view and feature a king sized bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, a double sleeper sofa in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen, in addition to the amenities in all guest rooms.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned with climate control and feature: private bathroom with bath/shower, cable television and telephone.
