One Bedroom Bayside Villas have views of Pine Island Sound and a mangrove forest. The villas are at the south end of the island near to the reception, beach, and tennis complex. They have one bedroom with a king size bed, two full bathrooms and a double sleeper sofa.

One Bedroom Beach Villas have views over the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding beaches. The villas are at the south end of the Island near to the reception, beach, and tennis complex. They have one bedroom with a king or queen size bed and a double sleeper sofa.

Two Bedroom Tennis Villas have views over the tennis courts and are situated at the south end of the island. They have a second story loft bedroom with king size bed, and a second bedroom with twin beds. They have two full size bathrooms and a double sleeper sofa. Price on request.

Two Bedroom Marina Villas are situated at the north end of the island with views over the marina and bay. They are a short walking distance to the shop, restaurant, and the Gulf of Mexico. Two Bedroom Land’s End Villas are situated at the north end of the Island, on the tip of Captiva Island, with views of the golf course, Pine Island Sound, and the Gulf of Mexico. Three Bedroom Beach Villas have views over the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches of Captiva Island. They have three bedrooms, one on a second floor loft area, and the other two rooms on the first floor, two full bathrooms and a double sleeper sofa.
