FREE 'Ritz Kids' programme  An exclusive supervised children's programme designed specifically for the younger guests ages 5 through 12.  The Ritz Kids program allows parents to play while children stay with the trained and certified counsellors. Each counsellor is certified in infant, child and adult CPR, basic first aid and water safety.

Complimentary Transportation:
Daily round trip scheduled shuttle service to Universal Orlando, Seaworld, Aquatica and Wet n’ Wild is available to guests. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the concierge.

The Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes offers spacious guest rooms with hand painted Italian furniture each offering the true Ritz experience, with one king sized bed or two queen sized beds.

All rooms feature a five-foot private balcony with panoramic views of the lakes, pool and gardens; oversized marble bathrooms with five-fixtures, plush terry robes and slippers, flat-screen 27" TV, CD player, in-room safe.  Twice daily housekeeping and evening turndown service is provided.
