Executive Homes are located in some of the more up-scale neighbourhoods in the Disney area, are of a higher standard with larger floor plans and upgraded furnishings and interior amenities.

Each home offers spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped American sized kitchen featuring all the facilities and gadgets one would expect, including a separate utility area with a washer machine and dryer. An integral double garage will keep up to two rental cars or mini-vans nice and cool, ready for trips out, each home with a private driveway.

Disney Area Executive Rental Homes with Private Pool Each property is independently owned and homes will vary in furnishings from property to property, many will include 'extras' such as VCR, Radios, CD Player, DVD, Computer Games, Extra TV's, Hairdryer/s, Barbecue, etc. Pictures are of typical homes in the programme.

Shops, restaurants and many other leisure activities and entertainment facilities will always be within easy driving distance of these developments, together with Disney World and all of the Orlando Area Attractions.

Some of the residential developments where the homes are located will offer community facilities such as a clubhouse, community swimming pool, tennis courts, children's playground, etc.

Disney Area Executive Rental Homes with Private Pool
The main living area leads out through patio doors to the private screened-in swimming pool, typical size is around 25' length x 15' width, and ideal for dipping in between sunbathing or just lazing around the property.

The swimming pool is located at the rear of the property and will offer plenty of sundeck space including outdoor table and chairs.

Optional pool heating is available, usually electric, which can be pre-booked as an extra - if required this facility should be reserved at the time of booking.

The master bedroom will have either a queen or king sized bed and feature an en-suite bathroom, the additional bedrooms will either have one double sized bed or two twin beds, homes having a combination of bedding to suit families, together with a second bathroom.

Five and Six Bed Homes will have at least two double bedded rooms, usually three, with the other bedrooms having two twin beds in each. There will usually be a third bathroom with some six bed homes having a fourth bathroom.

Most homes will also have a double sleeper sofa in the living area, please request this at the time of booking if required.

Security Deposit: A security deposit for approximately $250 will be required by the property management agents against any breakages - details will be provided together with accommodation voucher and arrival instructions for collecting the property keys.
