Homes are modern detached properties, each offering excellent quality, attractively furnished and fully equipped for 'home away from home' living requirements.

Executive Homes are located in some of the more up-scale neighbourhoods in the Disney area, are of a higher standard with larger floor plans and upgraded furnishings and interior amenities.

Each home offers spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped American sized kitchen featuring all the facilities and gadgets one would expect, including a separate utility area with a washer machine and dryer. An integral double garage will keep up to two rental cars or mini-vans nice and cool, ready for trips out, each home with a private driveway.

Shops, restaurants and many other leisure activities and entertainment facilities will always be within easy driving distance of these developments, together with Disney World and all of the Orlando Area Attractions.

The main living area leads out through patio doors to the private screened-in swimming pool, typical size is around 25' length x 15' width, and ideal for dipping in between sunbathing or just lazing around the property.

The swimming pool is located at the rear of the property and will offer plenty of sundeck space including outdoor table and chairs.

Electric Pool heating is included in this special offer.

The master bedroom will have either a queen or king sized bed and feature an en-suite bathroom, the additional bedrooms will either have one double sized bed or two twin beds, homes having a combination of bedding to suit families, together with a second bathroom. Some five bed homes will have a third bathroom.

Most homes will also have a double sleeper sofa in the living area, please request this at the time of booking if required.
