Indian Point, located in the Central Kissimmee Area, is around a 10 minute drive to the Orlando Disney Maingate Area. This is a popular and established residential community consisting of modern spacious homes situated within a conservation area and in surroundings that are relaxing for visitors.

Indian Point is only a short drive to Highway 192, with its numerous restaurants, local and tourist shops, convenience stores, shopping malls, cinemas and a multitude of other holiday leisure amenities including the Old Town Shopping and Entertainment Complex, and the Orlando Area Attractions.

Rental Homes are modern detached properties, each offering excellent quality, attractively furnished and fully equipped for 'home away from home' living requirements.

Each rental home offers spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped American sized kitchen featuring all the facilities and gadgets one would expect, including a separate utility area with a washer machine and dryer. An integral double garage will keep up to two rental cars or mini-vans nice and cool, ready for trips out, each home with a private driveway.

Indian Point in Kissimmee features a large community swimming pool, children's play area, tennis and basketball courts, jogging trail.

The main living area leads out through patio doors to the private screened-in swimming pool, typical size is around 25' length x 15' width, and ideal for dipping in between sunbathing or just lazing around the property.

The swimming pool is located at the rear of the property and will offer plenty of sundeck space including outdoor table and chairs. Most homes offer the option of electric or gas pool heating, which can be pre-booked - if required please book this facility at the time of booking.

The master bedroom will have either a queen or king sized bed and feature an en-suite bathroom, the additional bedrooms will either have one double sized bed or two twin beds, homes having a combination of bedding to suit families, together with a second bathroom.

Four and Five Bed Rental Homes will have at least two - if not three - double bedded rooms, with the other bedrooms having two twin beds in each. There will usually be a third bathroom.

Six Bed Rental Homes will have at least three - if not four - double bedded rooms, usually two and sometimes three en-suite bathrooms, with at least a total of three bathrooms and sometimes four or five.

Most homes will also have a double sleeper sofa in the living area, please request this at the time of booking if required.

Home Occupancy: Maximum occupancy allows for two persons per bedroom plus the double sleeper sofa, or rollaway bed.

Pool Heating: Optional electric pool heating is available at a supplement of £15 per day - please request at the time of booking. Gas pool heating is £25 per day.

Optional Extras: Grocery Packs, Cribs, High Chairs, Rollaway Beds can be pre-booked for a supplement - please request details.

Security Deposit: A security deposit for approximately $250 will be required by the property management agents against any breakages - details will be provided together with accommodation voucher and arrival instructions for collecting the property keys.
