There are numerous shops, restaurants and leisure entertainment facilities within a short drive including the Orlando Area Attractions. Executive Rental Homes are of a higher standard with larger floor plans and upgraded furnishings and interior amenities - they also offer a larger pool area, upgraded furniture and extra living and dining space.
Each home offers spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped American sized kitchen featuring all the facilities and gadgets one would expect, including a separate utility area with a washer machine and dryer. An integral double garage will keep up to two rental cars or mini-vans nice and cool, ready for trips out, each home with a private driveway. The swimming pool is located at the rear of the property and will offer plenty of sundeck space including outdoor table and chairs. Most homes offer the option of electric or gas pool heating, which can be pre-booked - if required please book this facility at the time of booking.
Four and Five Bed Rental Homes will have at least two - if not three - double bedded rooms, with the other bedrooms having two twin beds in each. There will usually be a third bathroom. Six Bed Rental Homes will have at least three - if not four - double bedded rooms, usually two and sometimes three en-suite bathrooms, with at least a total of three bathrooms and sometimes four or five. Most homes will also have a double sleeper sofa in the living area, please request this at the time of booking if required. |
