Regal Palms Resort Orlando Rental Homes with Pool Davenport Orlando Florida

Regal Palms Resort Orlando at Highlands Reserve is situated adjacent to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, offering guests luxury living with a resort atmosphere and myriad of recreational amenities. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby.

The Regal Palms Resort development is ideally located for visiting the Orlando area, just off Highway 27, two miles south of the Intersection with Highway 192 and just a few miles drive from Walt Disney World Orlando Resort.

The private pool homes are located near to the resort leisure facilities and in addition to the Regal Palms amenities guests can utilize the Highlands Reserve community pool and recreational area.

Rental Homes are modern detached properties, offering excellent quality, attractively furnished and fully equipped for 'home away from home' living requirements.

Each rental home offers spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped American sized kitchen featuring all the facilities and gadgets one would expect, including a separate utility area with a washer machine and dryer. An integral double garage will keep up to two rental cars or mini-vans nice and cool, ready for trips out, each home with a private driveway.

Each property has as standard: Air Conditioning • Cable TV • Telephone • Fully Equipped American Kitchen with Cooker, Refrigerator and Microwave, Dishwasher • Dining equipment for the size of property • Luxury Furnishings and Linens • Utility Area with Washer, Dryer and Iron/Board • Two Bathrooms (one en-suite) • Double Garage • Screened-in Swimming Pool • Patio Furniture including table and chairs

NB: Each property is privately owned and will vary in furnishings and decor, many will include 'extras' such as VCR, Radios, CD Player, DVD, Computer Games, Extra TV's, Hairdryer/s, Barbecue, etc. Pictures featured are of typical Emerald Island homes.

Leisure: 17,000 sq ft Clubhouse, large two-acre Swimming Pavilion with tropically landscaped sunbathing terraces, heated pools, waterslide and lazy river pool, fitness facility, children's playground, games arcade.

Dining: Restaurant on-site, sports pub which broadcasts live sporting events.

General: 24-hour check-in facility.

The resort fee of $10 per property per day is included in our rates.

Parking: Free.

'Star Buy Favourite' means that the property is one of the most popular choices by our customers and one that they return to again, and at the same time it has special preferred rates available.

Patio door lead to the private swimming pool - usual size around 25' length x 15' width - which is screened-in and ideal for swimming and dipping in between sunbathing or just lazing around on the sundeck. The swimming pool is located at the rear of the property and will offer plenty of sundeck space including outdoor table and chairs.

Most rental homes offer the option of electric or gas pool heating, which can be pre-booked - if required please book this facility at the time of booking.

The master bedroom will have either a queen or king sized bed and feature an en-suite bathroom, the additional bedrooms will usually have a second bedroom with a double sized bed and the other two each with two twin beds, homes having a combination of bedding to suit families. Five Bedrooms Rental Homes will usually have twin beds in the fifth bedroom and a third shared bathroom.

Most rental homes will also have a double sleeper sofa in the living area, please request this at the time of booking if required.

Departure Fee:	Commencing for arrivals from the 4th January 2009 the departure cleaning fee of £49 is not included and is payable locally.
Home Occupancy: Maximum occupancy allows for two persons per bedroom plus the double sleeper sofa, or rollaway bed.
Pool Heating: Optional electric pool heating is available at a supplement of £15 per day - please request at the time of booking. Gas pool heating is £25 per day (not available on all properties).
Optional Extras: Grocery Packs, Cribs, High Chairs, Rollaway Beds can be pre-booked for a supplement - please request details.
Security Deposit: A security deposit for approximately $100 for stays of one week (7 nights) and $200 for stays of 8 nights plus will be required by the property management office at Regal Palms as security against any breakages - further details will be provided together with accommodation voucher and arrival instructions for collecting the property keys.
