Executive Homes: Three and Four Bed Homes Executive Homes will feature a slightly larger property floor plan with upgraded furnishings and extra interior amenities.

Each property has as standard: Air Conditioning • Cable TV • Telephone • Fully Equipped American Kitchen with Cooker, Refrigerator and Microwave, Dishwasher • Dining equipment for the size of property • Luxury Furnishings and Linens • Utility Area with Washer, Dryer and Iron/Board • Two Bathrooms (one en-suite) • Double Garage • Screened-in Swimming Pool • Patio Furniture including table and chairs

NB: Each property is independently owned and homes will vary in furnishings from property to property, many will include 'extras' such as VCR, Radios, CD Player, DVD, Computer Games, Extra TV's, Hairdryer/s, Barbecue, etc.  Pictures are of Cape Coral homes in the rental programme.

NB: When making a booking for one of these homes the rear aspect 'canal' situation will be verified to ensure it is in line with your expectations.

Fort Myers is located on Florida's south west gulf coast and is known as the 'City of Palms'  with over 2,000 royal palm trees. There are numerous golf course in the area with facilities for tennis, boating, fishing and all types of water-sports.

Fort Myers Beach, situated on Estero Island, with its pristine white sandy beach and calm waters is around a 10 minute drive and Sanibel and Captiva Island around 15 minutes.

Cape Coral offers a pleasure for every passion, boating, fishing, golf, fine dining, world class shopping or just relaxing in year round sunshine.  Supermarkets, shops and restaurants, are all close by.

Downtown Fort Myers: 10 miles.
St. Petersburg, Tampa and Busch Gardens: 140 miles, around 2 and a half hours drive.
Orlando and Disney World: Up to four hour's drive.
Naples: 35 miles to the south.

The main living area leads out through patio doors to the private swimming pool - usual size is around 25' length x 15' width - which is screened-in and ideal for dipping in between sunbathing or just lazing around the property.  The swimming pool is located at the rear of the property and will offer plenty of sundeck space including outdoor table and chairs for snacks or dining 'al fresco' and sun loungers.

Many homes include solar heating free of charge and will also offer the option of electric or gas pool heating, which can be pre-booked as an optional extra - if required this facility should be reserved at the time of booking.

The master bedroom will have either a queen or king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, the second and third bedrooms will have one with a double sized bed and one two twin beds, together with a second bathroom.  Four bed home will have an additional bedroom with two twin beds.

Only a few properties on the Gulf Coast will have a double sleeper sofa in the living area and if this feature is required please check at the time of booking.
