NB: The properties are independently owned and homes will vary in furnishings from property to property, many will include 'extras' such as VCR, Radios, CD Player, DVD, Computer Games, Extra TV's, Hairdryer/s, Barbecue, etc.

The master bedroom will have either a queen or king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, the second and third bedrooms will usually have one with a double sized bed and one two twin beds, together with a second bathroom.  Four bed home will have an additional bedroom with two twin beds.

The main living area leads out through patio doors to the private swimming pool - usual size is around 25' length x 15' width and ideal for dipping in between sunbathing or just lazing around the property.  Some of the pools are screened-in whilst others are open to the Gulf atmosphere.

The swimming pool is located at the rear of the property and will offer plenty of sundeck space including outdoor table and chairs for snacks or dining 'al fresco' and sun loungers.

Many homes include solar heating free of charge and will also offer the option of electric or gas pool heating, which can be pre-booked as an optional extra - if required this facility should be reserved at the time of booking.

The St. Petersburg area is packed with all kind of leisure and entertainment amenities for all types of interests and sure to please everyone in the family!  The area has extensive shopping including numerous shopping malls.  Restaurants and fast food establishments are everywhere. St. Petersburg is near to the home of the Tampa Bay Bucaneers, recent winners of the Superbowl.  The Gulf of Mexico beaches stretch for miles along the coast from St. Pete to Clearwater Beach.  There is plenty of nightlife and multiplex cinemas.  This is an extensive and contrasting area in an ideal location on the Pinellas Suncoast for taking a holiday on Florida's Gulf Coast.

Tampa: Just a short drive across the Bay.
Sarasota:  Less than an hour's drive across the Sunshine Highway, easily accessible from the St. Petersburg area.
Orlando and Disney World:  Allow for a two hour drive to the Kissimmee Area including visiting Disney World - add another 30 minutes for the International Drive area attractions.
