The 4 Bed 3 Bath and 5 Bed 4 Bath two-storey Townhouses at the Paradise Palms Resort Orlando boast private screened-in patios with small splash/plunge pools, TV in all bedrooms and wifi internet access for guests laptop. Come home after a day of activities, relax in your own pool, take a stroll or visit the clubhouse.
Paradise Palms Resort Orlando is a 24-hour secure manned gated community showcasing some of the best in resort-style leisure amenities. Set in the midst of lush tropical landscaping the main feature of the resort for guests is the resort-style swimming pool with waterfall, grottos and spas, poolside tiki bar / grill and kiddie pool. The Paradise Palms features also include a stunning 9,500 sq. ft. Clubhouse featuring movie theatre, gift shop, games room, internet lounge, basketball and volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, tetherball, bocce, badminton, fitness center and sauna, Paradise Palms is a relaxing, full-service resort environment.
Paradise Palms Resort Townhouses are ultra modern rental properties, each offering excellent quality, attractively furnished and fully equipped for 'home away from home' living requirements. Pictures are of typical homes in the programme. Each rental home offers a spacious living and dining area featuring a 42" flat screen TV, ceiling fans in the living area and each bedroom, fully equipped American sized kitchen featuring all the facilities and gadgets one would expect, breakfast bar with stools, washing machine and dryer. Each property has as standard: Air Conditioning • Cable TV • Telephone • Fully Equipped American Kitchen with Cooker, Refrigerator and Microwave, Dishwasher • Dining equipment for the size of property • Luxury Furnishings and Linens • Washer, Dryer and Iron/Board • Three Bathrooms in 4 Bed (one en-suite) and Four Bathrooms in 5 Bed (two en-suite) • Screened-in Swimming Pool • Patio Furniture including table and chairs Each property is independently owned and homes will vary in furnishings from property to property, many will include various 'extras' such as VCR, Radios, CD Player, DVD, Computer Games, Extra TV's, Hairdryer/s, Barbecue, etc.
The screened-in swimming pool is located at the rear of the property and will offer sundeck space including a lanai, loungers and an outdoor patio table with chairs. The 4 Bed Townhouses feature splash size pools and the 5 Bed Townhouses small pools, each ideally offering you an attractive private setting for a leisurely Florida style family day around the pool just having fun and enjoying yourself, or refreshing yourself after a busy day at the Theme Parks. Most offer the option of electric or gas pool heating, which can be pre-booked - if required please book this facility at the time of booking. Electric Pool Heating is £100 per week / £15 per day.
The master bedroom will have a king sized bed and feature an en-suite bathroom, the additional bedrooms will either have one double sized bed or two twin beds, homes having a combination of bedding to suit families, together with a second bathroom. There is one bedroom classified as a children's bedroom with twin bunk beds (pictured). There are three Bathrooms in the 4 Bed Townhouse (one en-suite) and four Bathrooms in the 5 Bed Townhouse (two en-suite). Each bedroom has a TV and ceiling fan. Most homes will also have a double sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping facilities, please request this at the time of booking if required.

Rental Prices: To calculate the daily rate for extra days simply divide the weekly rate by 7 for the applicable season. Dates that cross two seasons (or more) are pro-rata - to establish the total cost calculate the daily rate in each season x numbers of days required in each season.

Home Occupancy: Maximum occupancy allows for two persons per bedroom plus the double sleeper sofa.

Pool Heating: Optional electric pool heating is available at a supplement of £100 per week / £15 per day - please request at the time of booking. Please note that pool heating, if required, must be taken for the full period of a stay.

Check-In / Security Deposit: Check-in will usually be at the reception offices of the management agents acting locally for the property owner. A credit card security deposit for approximately $250 / $500 will be required against any breakages - details will be provided together with accommodation voucher and arrival instructions for collecting the property keys.
