Windsor Resorts Rental Homes with Pool Kissimmee Orlando Florida

Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms are two of the most popular destination resorts in Orlando with a range of accommodation options including 4, 5 & 6 Bed Detached Homes with private swimming pool.

These resort style gated communities are situated in tropically landscaped grounds and are ideally located in Western Kissimmee, just south of US Highway 192, and just over 2 miles from the Orlando Disney World Maingate Area. There is a multitude of shopping, restaurants and entertainment only a short drive away, as are the Orlando Area Attractions.

A property booked on the Windsor Resorts programme will be provided at either Windsor Palms or Windsor Hills and allocated on check-in at the Welcome Centre. You may request a preference for one of the resorts but this cannot be guaranteed.

If you want to be certain of one or other of these resorts you should make a booking on either our Windsor Palms or Windsor Hills programmes.

The Detached Rental Homes are the latest in modern detached properties offering excellent quality, are attractively furnished and fully equipped for 'home away from home' living requirements. Each home offers spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped American sized kitchen featuring all the facilities and gadgets one would expect, including a separate utility area with a washer machine and dryer. An integral double garage will keep up to two rental cars or mini-vans nice and cool, ready for trips out, each home with a private driveway.

Each rental home has as standard: Air Conditioning • Cable TV • Telephone • Fully Equipped American Kitchen with Cooker, Refrigerator and Microwave, Dishwasher • Dining equipment for the size of property • Luxury Furnishings and Linens • Utility Area with Washer, Dryer and Iron/Board • Two Bathrooms (one en-suite) • Double Garage • Screened-in Swimming Pool • Patio Furniture including table and chairs

Each property is privately owned and will vary in furnishings and decor, many will include 'extras' such as VCR, Radios, CD Player, DVD, Computer Games, Extra TV's, Hairdryer/s, Barbecue, etc. Pictures featured are of typical homes at the Windsor Resorts.

Windsor Hills features a 10,000 square foot Clubhouse, enormous double Olympic-size lagoon-style Water Park heated swimming pool with fountains, sun-decking and poolside beach area, waterslide (pictured to the right), kids splash fountains, toddler pool, spa, fitness room, basketball, lighted tennis and sand volleyball courts, games room with pool tables, ping-pong and video games; 58 seat movie theatre, sundry gift shop and convenience store, children's playground with a castle surrounded by slides, swings and sandpits; putting green, barbecue area and picnic area with Gazebo.

Windsor Palms Resort features a Clubhouse with pool tables and table tennis, 58 seat state of the art movie theatre, large community swimming pool, sun terraces, spa, children's playground and games room, tennis, basketball, sand volleyball court and fitness centre. There is also a BBQ/picnic area and convenience store come gift shop with Starbucks Coffee.

Homes with private swimming pool have a patio door leading to the pool - usual size around 25' length x 15' width - which is screened-in and ideal for swimming and dipping in between sunbathing or just lazing around on the sundeck. The swimming pool is located at the rear of the property and will offer plenty of sundeck space including outdoor table and chairs. Most homes offer the option of electric or gas pool heating, which can be pre-booked - if required please book this facility at the time of booking.

In all types of property the master bedroom will have either a queen or king sized bed and feature an en-suite bathroom, the additional bedrooms will either have one double sized bed or two twin beds, homes having a combination of bedding to suit families, together with a second bathroom.

Four, Five and Six Bed Rental Homes will have at least two - if not three - double bedded rooms, with the other bedrooms having two twin beds in each. There will usually be a third bathroom with some six bed homes having a fourth bathroom.

Most homes will also have a double sleeper sofa in the living area, please request this at the time of booking if required.
